We need to stop ‘controlled animal breeding’ it’s just eugenics for superficial pet owners, pet ownership should be based on need rather than aesthetics!
Animals born with skulls too small for their brains, hip dysplasia, too much skin, eyes that don’t fit in their sockets... the list is endless.. Most dog breeders are no better than Joseph Mengele.
If we let our pets choose their own sexual partners breeds would disappear, animal suffering would be reduced, puppy farms would close, pet theft reduced, and f’kin Crufts wouldn’t be on TV promoting the suffering.. that woman who makes her dog dance on their hind legs should be forced into stress position for 8hrs / day..

All good points. That all said, we wouldn't be here, at least in this stage of evolution, without it.
