How large is large and how medium is medium please?

The large ones are 680 x 148mm and the medium is 385 x 80mm. The lettering is a brilliant silver and look great against a plain white or black background.

The reverse would be perfect for a rear car window, the larger ones are great on a wall or on the team van!

Those Ritchey pedals Shimano cleat compatible?

Yes, as far as I'm aware the Shimano SPD cleat and Ritchey cleat were essentialy the same. The Ritchey being a bit smoother on engage / disengage, but the same apart from that.
