How much should an AMP fork service cost?

you can buy the parts yourself from amp and do it yourself - pretty straight forward. When I was last in touch with Amp there was a helpful guy called Brion LaBelle.

2 years ago when I asked how much a rebuild kit would cost this was the reply Brion gave:

The pin & bushing kit is $48.00 the seal kit for the damper is $10.50 and shipping would be anywhere from $22.00 - $40.00 depending on the method shipped to Europe (Priority or Express)

I have serviced my F4BLT forks with the service kit from Brion. Very helpful chap, and a simple process even though the manual was wrong in relation to my particular shocks.

I would advice contacting AMP, they still have a lot of parts and are happy to help. How may company’s can still offer that sort of support on a product they stopped producing so long ago! 8)

Second that.

Service from Brion is fantastic. Really helpful and friendly chap, and very quick to respond to emails...

I can also vouch for Brion @ Amp's helpfulness! Top bloke!

I've overhauled quite a few of these forks (various different models) in my time so if you need any advice just ask..

Hi i've contacted amp at least 4 times trying to buy service kits for my b2 frame and forks and have not once had a response. Not sure I agree with the comments about the amp service as a result, though if anyone has any tips on contacting them, I'm all ears as want to get a few sets of bushing and service kits for my frame and two sets of forks.

That is strange. Granted it was a couple of years ago I last needed to contact them but I just emailed the address on the website and always got a very quick response.. :?

Maybe Brion has moved on.. ?
