How much is my Yeti fro worth

Hi I have a yeti FRO (PRO FRO)

It has not frame number (even when shot b;asted) but since its a PRO FRO shape with Braze on top tube cable ( Not riveted) i am thinking a early model 1990-91?

I have nearly finised the build and have ordered the Re manufactureed accutrax from Stefano the Welder (STF) btu they have been 6m and still not done yet, so with RS mag 21 in good workign order.




Bad points. Obvioustly it doesnt have the accutrax , There is a very small ding in the top tube, shallow 3-4mm. the saddle and cran arms are tired. The headset is not snugged up as i was going to put the correct fork on so the spacers would go. the pulley is a SRP repro and the i only have one campage cable yoke so its on Onza ones. I have to change the freewhell to a regine syncro C rather than the race spec mallard (how that worked i don't know?). I have a later PRO FRO in grey so I am gonna sell it. so i was wondering what i could get for it.

Is it better to wait for the Accutax to be made ? woudl that add £4-500?

It's a '93 model. Earlier models had the separate seat collar rather than the pinch bolt yours has.

I sold my earlier smaller FRO frameset with Accutrax and Yeti stem for £1400 back in December after a long time listed for sale as a complete bike. My wasn't in the Turquoise paint however.

In my opinion you'll be better to sell it in parts, without waiting for the fork - may as well cancel that order if you can.

Thanks. You might be right on it being older. it looks like this 1991 one https://www.mtbr.com/threads/1991-yeti-pro-fro-full-restoration.991723/ but mine has the newer bottle mount position so defo later than 1991 so 93 sounds about right. .

Yeah i though it might be work circa £3k with the accutrax and a frame number to secure the year, but with RS mag surely a tad little less?
