How much is my road bike (or parts of) worth?

Cinelli "Rammer" intregrated bar/stem; unused. No idea as to year (I have had it for at least 6 years) or cost/value.

A bit of a useless part for me (without getting a quill adaptor, aside from other reasons) since it was purchased by a client for their bike upgrade. For some reason the item did not arrive within sellers delivery period, and the buyer received an automatic refund.
At the time the item was circling the globe, it was unknown to me was that the buyer used my business address for shipping; maybe because I had his bike that was being worked on (I only get orders I process shipped directly to me; I never tell others to do that). Client picked up bike and paid me for work I did, but never mentioned much about the bar except that he was refunded in full (amount?).

About another 8 weeks went by and I received this bar (not even surevit was the proper bar ordered other than beingbtold a Cinelli was to be used for the upgrade); supoosedly the missing one out for delivery for 3 months. I was not required to pay to receive the delivery; and upon going to the seller's website I found no means of returning it, as everything was account automated and I did not use this supplier so no account; and I could not just return the item without referencing it to the purchase made under another's account. Email did not help, and the seller thought nothing of just ending the ordeal without requesting/requiring payment or return of the item even though I made multiple attempts to work out a solution to everyone's satisfaction (meaning I do not pay for the item, nor return shipping costs).

So this thing has been kicking around my shop and house for years looking like an alien artifact on my shelf, and the one bike I ride a using a threadless stem I would never mount that bar/stem on.

Although I never spent one cent on this; selling it will at least make up for some of the times where I lost money for various reasons.
Edit: I hope these can fit someone because the integrated set-up is, to me, a joke. No bar rotation, no height or angle adjustment of stem makes this style set-up far to restrictive. I guess the the pros got theirs custom sized if any riders ever actually used them (without being paid to do so!). This kind of stuff is why I turned away from following any cycling in the late '90s and beyond; high cash for some meaningless flash just turns my gut. I have a Cinelli Unicanitor saddle that was embellished with "collector art" also; but at least it serves what it was made for comparably to other saddles (it was also dirt cheap ~$25). I am also a bit wary of the graphics, how they are protected, and will use just make them peel/fade in sort order under normal use (would like to to see one years later).

Double edit: I apologize for posting this in the "old" road bike forum; my only home so habit to post here.
