How much is my road bike (or parts of) worth?

It's the sort of thing best put on an ebay auction.
It's an unlikely part to fake, as there are multiple materials and technologies involved.
An eBay user will advise if they look like a copy.

As New condition toestraps could easily be very desirable, and the 50th anniversary kit is a focus of collectors.

The buttons can sell for £30, and straps alone £70+

it could go way higher.

If you do list them, please post the link so we can watch👍

@bikeworkshop thanks for the insight. I do not use ebay; but I will list on Craigslist (US). I had a friend who sold on ebay for me, but that ended with ebay's fee increases and their incorporation of sales taxes regardless of where item was purchased from, or where the buyer is located (e.g. I get charged Florida sales tax for an item I buy overseas when living in a State a 1200 miles away from Florida). Craigslist: no tax, no fees, and no shipping (unless seller is willing ship).

Just did search on ebay for those straps: none listed; regular NOS Camp. leather straps w/o end tabs running $80-$200/pr. I might have to find another seller on ebay for potentially the best return; but I cannot stomach giving ebay another penny given their revenue intake off of sellers' opening account fees, sales fees, insane "global shipping" program costs, and advert income; as well ad improper tax collection, poor customer service, and/or ineffective removal of fraudulent/unethical sellers. Still down $1000 from using ebay!

Crap! Another search has the same straps (NOS pair w/buttons) for £16/€13 (site is not price consistent); but shipping is nearly 1.5-2 times as much as item cost; but still under $50 USD total cost so not sirecwhat is up with that price compared to ebay prices on non-50th anniv. straps. Now not sure what their value is given the research and your feedback.

Perfect analysis of ebay👍

Sadly often what we find turns out to be more common than we hoped.
