Seat tube c-t: 16.5"
Top tube c-c: 20.5"
Head tube: 3.5"

The Outpost is almost identical but has a longer Head tube @ 4.5"

Great, thanks for the info, the eBay seller has yet to answer my question (or indeed acknowledge my existence.) so I can't see me buying his/her frame. Will your Pantera be up for sale do you think?
