I've always said to myself double figures is too many, the point at which no one bike on the fleet would get ridden enough to justify owning it. That said I'm up to 8 again with another possible in the pipeline...

Most of the numerous bikes I own no one else wanted but I couldn't bare to see them dumped. I'm a rescue home for unwanted bike frames

Sorry! Had to post a reply first so I can count the bikes in my sig....

26....
14 rideable in a minute....
rest rideable in a day.....

Down to a sprinkling. The Zaskar will never leave, the Norman is my daily transport, the green thing is too unique to lose, Pickle's ex Pennine is looking shakyand so is the Raleigh Record. The Saracen took years to find in the right size so it will cling on until the last.

too many is when you are unable to provide an answer in less than 1 second and need to resort to counting them.

I am close to being maxed out - that is when I am unable to enter the garage and get to the work bench - current count is > 10 but < 20

(looking to sell my Giant)
