Can someone tell me how I clan clamp this to my steerer tube please? Is there a part missing?

Ah got it John, it was Karma with a pair of bars so I'll have to use all of my diplomatic skills when asking for the missing part.

good luck. You used to be able to buy replacements but I doubt anyone has them in stock now.

Might be lucky, he fished these out from under his bench still attached to the bars but couldn't be bothered to separate them, hence the Karma. I'll give him a call now that I know what to look for.

A karma Thomson stem!? Who is too lazy to remove a Thomson stem from a set of bars??

You did good, Shedobits! I reckon you’ll be able to track down the expander with a bit of patience.

Thanks for your help Blackcat, I'll certainly have a look at their site next. The stem and bars were part of a bigger package as he's running down his old / 26er stuff. He's a good friend of many years, and I've bought lots from him. Also I've helped out with his Mountain Biking Guiding business many times, (I work for bike parts).
