I've looked here, and I've searched YouTube, but I can't find any advice on this. I have a FAG/BSA bottom bracket (common on Bromptons these days) seized in a beautiful frame which I don't want scratching. I have the correct Park tool but just can't shift it. Looking for some tips please.
The outers are plastic and, as you can see, my efforts are gradually damaging it, although it seems to still hold okay. The Park Tool BBT-4 is actually quite difficult to keep in place while trying to lever it off. I'm also worried whether the internal shell thread will still be intact when I try to put another bracket in. Not bothered about keeping the BB at all just don't want to damage the frame when strong-arming it out.
