Looking for more info on the bike below. It belonged to my wife's grandfather. I believe it's an English bike from the late 1940's but it spent all its years in Amsterdam. He commuted from his apartment near Vondelpark to the Victoria Hotel near the train station in Amsterdam for 40 plus years.
It's a New Look Super Sport with a head badge that says All Steel. I'm curious as to who made it, where it was made, the approximate age and if it would have had a chainguard at one time.
