Hope wheels....like new £170 posted SOLD

Up for grabs are a pair of Hope wheels. Hubs are Mono (non disc) with a black suspension 32h front and a blue 36h 8/9 speed rear. Rims are Mavic XC717 and spokes are DT Swiss double butted. These are in fantastic condition having covered only a couple of hundred miles if that. I had them built by Nirvana Cycles a couple of years ago (all parts were new) and have just had them retensioned by Beyond Cycles. There are no scratches or marks to the hubs, the freehub body is in excellent condition (I only ever used an Ultegra cassette), the rims have no wear or any dings or dents and they run perfectly true. I'm only selling as I'm going to get some single speed specific wheels built and these will help fund them. I'll also include some mint Shimano QR skewers too. £170 posted in the UK.

No offence chap but that price is eBay unrealistic. Not even NOS Tiglides which are more sought after would sell for that price...

I got a nos mono rear in red on a nos 231 rim for £50 just to give you an idea...

It's just a price and if people are genuinely interested then they can offer me what they think they're worth.

That is a bit unfair. The guy never said he wanted bids. Offers are normally under the sellers valuation. And nearly everyone else on here are willing to take offers.

I have listed a price as per forum rules, a price which I feel reflects the condition of the wheels. If this turns out to be too high then I will lower it accordingly. If anyone is interested in the wheels but think they're over priced then they can drop me a pm with an offer of what they're willing to pay.
If the price of my wheels concerns you so much, send me a pm and we can discuss further. Maybe in the meantime read the forum rules on keeping comments on pricing to a minimum.

Well said sir. If you think the price is too high, dont buy them! Now, I think this should all be solved with a big hug and a fresh start
