Hope Ti Glide Hubs - Reducing axle lengths

Hi all

I have a pair of wheels which have Mavic CXP30 tubular rims with silver Hope Ti Glide hubs.

I was using them on a 130mm spaced frame so the 135mm hub spacing wasn't an issue but I'd like to use them on a 126mm spaced frame but there is no way I can stretch the frame by 9mm

Is there anyway of reducing the axle length on the hub before I do anything drastic?

change the spacing to 130mm ? (none drive side) and get a 130mm axle ?
or chop a bit of axle off and mill it down to fit in the frame. ?
then redish and stretch a bit less into the frame.

Hope do a shorter axle and spacer kit to reduce it to 130
