Ahhhh not your fault chief, I'm gonna try a local engineering firm and see if they can muster something up. Gutted as I really hoped it was gonna work

I'm going to see if a local engineering firm can copy and slightly bastardise my A2Z components bracket as I think it will fit better. Any thoughts on what would happen if the calliper isn't perfectly aligned (and I don't mean in the vertical), would it just mean that the pads just ultimately wear differently?

I am determined to make this work !! And god forbid I might even end up with a totally different and new bracket available to the wonderful members of Retrobike

There's a gang of machinists that hang around the Retro Chat forum - you could ask for a second opinion there.

As to alignment as long as the pads arent actually dragging I think you should be ok.
