This is a moden (2007 I think) Hope XC cheapened dur to the Hope Pro2 being out (wiggles blurb)

It's a D521, I've worked it out to be 260mm spokes so fingers crossed. I think I worked out the ERD wrong in the first place. Like you say, the flanges look the same.
