In that diagram you need parts: 5, 6, 7, 9, 11 and 12.

12 is optional as I always used to leave it off.

But (when you buy them)
9 comes around part 5
12 comes in part 7

and 11 is the odd one out ?

Doh! That's what I meant (the o-ring on top of the wedge bit). I wasn't looking at the diagram correctly.
