Do the different caliper numbers relate to anything? :?

See if i can remember this
No 3 on the front is 185mm
No 3 on the rear is 165mm
No 5 on the front is 165mm
Cant remember what the no 5 on the rear gives you,i think it might be 145 or 150 or even 155mm rotor, im really not sure :?
I did have a hope chart bookmarked and it had all the calliper sizes to rotor diameters but it vanished last time firefox had a brainstorm
I'd love to get that link back again,so if anyone knows it please post it up
