I have an older set of Hope 04 disc brakes. Unfortunately I dont really know much about the set, must be IS2000, dont know about the diameter for the discs.
Its just including the front and the rear brake. The lever and the calippers are connected via braided hose. Thera are no discs included!
The front hose is 92cm long, the rear has 136,5cm.
Not used for years - used condition but not rotten.
