i had an s works fsr with a bigger dent than that didnt ever get worse and never cracked brilliant frames fwiw!

People make too much out of these things, I put a whacking great dent in the downtube of my Zaskar 15years ago and its still going strong.

That particular section of the tube on the Specialized is very well re-inforced by the formed section thats welded to it, its not going anywhere.

The manufacturers themselves will tell you that the middle of the tubes bare very little stress, thats why they can butt in the middle of the tubes to reduce the weight. Providing the dent isn't on the joints (stress areas) there really is nothing to worry about.
