It's a Holdsworth Classic TT most likely, does the bottom bracket have big holes drilled in it and the rear dropouts drilled as well...

It's a Classic TT for sure, SR headset and seat post the rest Nuovo record, missing original RD shifter and cranks, it's a shame he has let the rust get a hold, some parts would clean up nicely others would need replacing.
