Higgins Ultralight frame on ebay

Hi Guys
Just seen this and been looking for one a long time.
My Dad rode one in the 50s.
It's not mentioned in the write up but do you see a crack in the weld between the top and head tubes?
I'd be grateful for you opinions.

this one? It's hard to tell from that pic (7th pic), paint is lifting there alright
