Hi there, my name's Howard, I just escaped from bike radar, so very thick skinned, new to retro bikes

I will post pics of my bike later.

I will also post some pics of my other restoration project, my 1956 BMW isetta bubble car, just to create a few smiles

I live in Portugal so will not miss an opportunity to mention that the sun is shining :twisted:

Welcome Howard.

You will find RB a lot more civilised. I lasted about a month on BikeRadar before a couple of the 'usual suspects' drove me so crazy that I left.

My son takes his road bike to Portugal a couple of times a year... and spends the rest of the time complaining about British weather, roads, hills (and lack thereof), cars, roads, drivers, weather, food prices, roads and weather.

BR is harmless enough, I like the banter, something that is missing from Portuguese culture, think it's a Brit thing!
