Hi trying to find some info on this bike

Trying to find out what year this bike is.it’s been sitting in my grandpa barn for many many years he rode it to school and back when he was in elementary school he thinks it’s 66-69 but not sure.one owner and got a lot of barn dust on it but looking to restore it.thanks for any info
