Hi everybody, I have been meaning to get my old bike out for ages now since looking around this site and finally managed to get it last night 
It's a 19" Muddy Fox Monarch team which I got in 1996... It's not in too bad a condition but there are lots that will need changing 
I really could do with some advice on what to put on it or what to change? I havn't ridden it for 13 years so any advice is good advice ......
