The only pointer I can offer - assuming it never had a respray - is that the style of Reynolds decals used suggests it was built in the mid 80s.

This site might be useful too:

Also, typeface on the Holdsworth decals of your bike looks to pre-date ownership by Marlboro and then Falcon.

This one is vexing. The 531 stickers look ca. 1982-3, but the frame looks a bit older. My best first guess was an early 80s Mistral, as they had ditched the lamp boss on the fork on all the other models by the end of the 70s, I think. But the Mistral came with 531st -- better than plain gauge 531, which is what this one is stickered as. And with bottle cage bosses and rack bosses. And I think the lugs are too fancy. Also, the standard "Holdsworth" font was different then. The top tube cable guides suggest it is not much earlier than early 80s; the rear gear cable routing and lamp boss rule out any later.

So I'm stuck on specific model, but I'll stick with 82-83. I've seen that font a couple of times before, but never known if it corresponds to a specific model.

Were Holdsworth (still) using a sequential frame numbering system when this was built? If so you might find a similar numbered bike on the 'net and get an indication on year. I believe "Road King" on this forum has a '78 and a '82 Holdsworth, maybe he can help here?
I think, the EO stamp on the bottom bracket is just the maker of the bottom bracket lug. Not sure what the makers name is tho?

If it's a dealer sticker at the top of the down tube, it could be the original paint and decals?

Not a Mistral.

Also it looks like it only has 531 main tubes and forks.

I have (from new) a 1978 Mistral and this isn't one (either earlier or later), typeface could indicate second half of 1970s but not 1980s.

Mistral iss not 531st but it is 531 throughout.

Roadking.
