The eBay ads are totally crazy – a graphic designer he ain't!
But . . he's actually a nice guy, he had a stall at a jumble I went to last year and was very friendly.
Sounds like a nice old fella to me.
I've bought from him in the past and he's sound. I wonder if he has one of those team multi-tone horns in his car!
Now where can I get one of those. And no, I don't mean the dixie tone  . Actual race team ones
Just had to re-read the advert. Love it. It reads like a brain-dump covering off all the experiences that the seller has had with previous transactions. Nice to see the statement about re-cycling packaging in there too (speaking as someone who received neg feedback recently for re-using a jiffy bag!)
And the main point - if you have a question - then phone! Wholeheartedly agree with that statement.
It's waaay better than adverts that have helpful descriptions like "Bike for Sale", usually accompanied by an out of focus photo....or unhelpful statements like the one I saw recently... "Got the gears, but they're not for sale".
Read his feedback.Sounds a really great guy.Presume he works on the principal that if he cant put you off before you buy then there is a good chance you will be happy after you bought.
The old don't judge a book by its cover is quite apt for this guy , I found him really helpful when I spoke with him regarding an item he had ......and in any case what bloke is,nt grumpy now and again ? Especially if your married with kids lol
