Help with identifying my 1970s frame

Continuing my research into an unbranded frame I acquired. So far, having stripped it down, I've identified the following:

The 27.0 seatpin is dated October 1977
Campagnolo 1010 front and rear dropouts
English threaded botton bracket
Campagnolo Nouvo Tipo 36 hole hubs
Campagnolo Nouvo Record front derailleur (with circlip)
Serial number on bottom bracket and on fork is 201.

Question is, what frame builders would be building frames during the 1970s and have such a low serial number. Just looking for suggestions so I can dig deeper.

Pics would be helpful.

In the 70's lots of shops bought in frames and for ID stamped their own frame numbers on them. For example companies like Autostrada turned out huge numbers of frames for shops to sell with their own decals.

Dozens, if not hundreds. We really need pictures, lots of detailed pictures, to be able to narrow down the options.
