I have this frame any one able to help id it frame numbers in on bb and fork steerer is 23983 and it has agrati rear drops, any help appreciated thanks

I saw a frame similar while researching the Mercian I bought.

might be a carlton; wrapover seat stays and nervex lugs…

could also be a holdsworth or claud butler as all used nervex professional lugs the brass on on the bb looks a little different though also the drop outs are the same as my claud butler but fork lugs are different to mine frameset though i likey
