Help with Frame Identification

First part of my frame number is the year. Looking at the top tube cable guides on your frame would point to mid 70's onwards. Good looking frame,can you show the bb cable guides?

Spike in the frame as a stop to keep the downtube shifters in place is unusual . Rings a bell.....
