Help with an Amp research disc adapter anybody?

Does anybody know where to get a disc brake adapter for the rear end of an Amp B4?
I want to fit modern Hope discs front and rear, but know I'll need an adapter. I've seen them on ebay somewhere in Canada I think, but that was about 6 months ago.
I can't find anything through google.
It looks like a small piece of Aluminium that extends from the 2 Amp mounting holes and then turns into the 2 modern spaced mounting holes. It's only a small thing!
Please help.

Back in the day when I was originally building my B4 I had an adaptor er...adapted by Hope to fit a Hope hub with the Amp disc. I guess this is the reverse of what you need. You may have to try a CNC shop to get one made.
