Help, wheelset!

Hello everybody! Can I ask you a question?
I'm not so expert to say that's a high quality wheelset and this is not.
I wanted to know your suggestions!
What are top/high quality hubs? And what about Rims?
I don't know for example if is better a Ringle hub or a White Industries one! Can you help me clarifying my doubts?
