Help to identify the frame brand

The condition of the paintwork suggests that the frame has been repainted, making it difficult to identify the manufacturer.
On YouTube, someone pointed out that frame has very specific rear derailleur hanger, and suggested that frame is probably a 1998-1999 Norco 7005 frame, Cypress or Bigfoot.
Maybe someone can recognize the brand?
