Help to Identify Please?

Hi All,

I wonder if anyone can help identify this bike please?

It belonged to my great Uncle Lyndsey who was a competitive racing cyclist in Yorkshire in the 1950's. According to family tradition it was a Claude Butler but I'm not sure if anyone can prove that?

The bike is in need of some TLC so the time has come to pass it on to someone who wants a project. I will probably list it on ebay so it would be very helpful if anyone can tell me what it is please?
