Help set-up / check over 8 bikes in Rhyl anyone?

Strange request, but just had a phone call from the mrs' mum who works for the Mind charity. They have bought 8 bikes (apparently they have had training to use them too!) but as yet they havn't been out on them because they want someone to check over them. By the sounds of it they are all put together and roughly set-up, just need tweeking.
I can't get down there soon enough, I told her to try the LBS, but warned they may charge 10-15pound a bike, anybody help them out? I'm sure there will be plenty of tea n cakes on offer, and maybe some cash too.
