Help price a possible Raleigh 405 Ti

Seen a Raleigh 405ti road bike, front wheel missing otherwise needs a service, frame looks to be about 22' angle adjustable handlebars.

I was thinking about £70? Will post a photo next time I go see it, says something like 'special bikes division' on the sticker. Part Titanium frame maybe?

Any info appreciated.

Last dynatech rodie i saw sell ,went for about £110,that was complete though
Say £30-50 for the frame ,but without a pic its hard to know its condition :?
