help needed in identifying this British lightweight frame.

having trouble identifying this frame, it has nervex lugs, cyclo dropouts. there is the tiniest trace of original purple paint also.
hope someone can help. Thanks!

Looks like early 50s, early Nervex lugs. Most frames used domed and slotted tubes. If the forks are domed and slotted it would appear to have Benelux rear ends fitted later. The gear hanger has been chopped off, this would have fitted Benelux gears only.

Long frame number suggests large maker, possible started with date code?
