help me id vintage pedals and bottom bracket??

Hi. I acquired these in a lot purchase of vintage 80s parts and have never seen the likes of them. Nothing online that I can find either. The pedals are black composite with silver unmarked cages. The BB is cartridge and 1.37 x 24TR. Pedal box has French stamping on it, but cannot decipher what it says. Any ideas?
