Help me ID this road bike fork? Stamped with a C & a heart

Hi All from Vancouver Canada! Big bike city out here, been my hobby buying, restoring, selling bikes for years now...found this Apollo frame and fork, and I have never seen the stamp on the forks with the letter C and heart in the middle....can anyone tell me what brand that is?

It is also stamped BCM (Bocama?) and Gipiemme on the drop outs...so 3 different stamps, not sure what the offical brand would be. (My expertise are more geared to vintage BMX...)

I'm surprised no guesses/suggestions so far...will this one remain a mystery? Or is the brand actually BCM or Gipiemme?

BCM made lugs etc. (Bocama), Gipiemme produced the dropouts (along with ranges aot gears, chainsets etc.). The only 'Apollo' branding I've seen is the cheap end Halfords bikes in the UK but yours isn't one of them. It looks a reasonable frame but probably not a 'top end racer'. Some close-ups of the lugs and seat cluster would be good.

C & Heart looks almost as if someone had a go at copying a Colnago style logo.

To me the forks don't look like they match the frame.........the forks look younger. The panto work on the fork also looks a little shallow for a real job and wonder if it's been done at a non-bike machine shop as a one off.

I love Charlie / Caroline type of thing (Insert any name beginning with C)

Some bikes had the same logo as your fork, also stamped on the seat stay caps (see photo).

The brand was originally called Hercka, I think they changed the name to Clemenso because it sounded more Italian.
