It is marked as a RRA (Raleigh Record Ace) but I suspect not as the mudguard eyelets at the rear should not be there.
The bike is claimed to be 1940-50 era. No serial number is visible on either bottom bracket or seat tube, but the bike has been heavily repainted and it might be hidden under several layers.
