Help ID'ing a BSA

I am trying to figure out the year of this BSA I recently bought (it's heavy but functionally great except for the dynamo!) Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Front hub detail, it's the only markings on the whole thing bar the "De luxe" on the chain casing.
