z5's don't have any adjusters on top of the legs as there entry level...
z4's & z5's are the only ones with a non cnc brace ...
z1's , z3 long travel and z3.5's were the only forks to have the plastic adjusters..
they don't look like long travel forks so i'm guessing they've been made from a few different forks ? could you post a pic of the top of the left leg (from straight above) and one of the yellow decal on the rear of the leg ?
Here are some new pics. Regarding the Z3 Long Travel manual, I can identify the preload knob and seems to be the same. Check by yourselves and tell me what you think.
Sorry for the gigantic pics, if you want I can resize them.
I also attach here the pic of the top of the left leg that big.eck ask. By the way, the knob blew away on a crash so that was my other question to post here. Can I repair that, how and where I can find parts? Or is it better to buy a new fork?
I've screwed a screw that fits there so the air can't exit. But, as you can see by the dust lines on the tube, the suspension is very low and soft. I've been riding this way for years without problems but now I want to fix it or change the fork if there is no other option.
I've bought this bike on a second hand market for a very low price, I guess bacuse of the broken fork, but except for that litle thing, that bike it's awesome. Never ride a bike like this one, I love it!
