Help identifying this Cinelli

Just bought this bike from a local couple who brought it from the UK from Italy. Asked them some questions about it and they said the Lucchini brand was a famous Italian one, local to where they lived. Any ideas on the bike? Came with a nice Cinelli stem and seat other than that was all Exage 400 LX groupset.
