I'm assuming it's aluminium and not fillet brazed steel with a nickel plating - I'm not sure with all that muck on it.
If its aluminium, it's probably an 'off the rack' Taiwanese frame, there were loads around and it would be worth its value for transport purposes - say £20-30 for the frame. It's best to split it. The rest of the bits, assuming Ultegra throughout and all serviceable after a clean probably £200. The cranks are Octalink - with flawed durability of the bottom bracket.
