Help Identifying Road Frame

Morning all,
I really need some help identifying a frame i bought a couple of weeks back at a cycle jumble.I have spent ages trying to find some info on it but to no avail.
If any members could shed some light on it I would be delighted as im thinking of restoring it but havent a clue of the manufacturer/model ect.
Please excuse the paint job...it was like it when i bought it...Honest!

Thanks for that Shaun,Thats helped me narrow my search down.

Cheers Biggs682,the lugs are what caught my eye...def wasn't the paint job!!!
