(HELP) Identifying a Time trial/Triathlon Frameset

Hi,

I bought this frameset yesterday
the seller told me it is a Quitana Roo, but found no similar model of this brand.
I found a very similar picture, a Canadian brand of the 90s, Rektek, despite the rear cable guides are different, in my cable runs inside the frame (http://www.tirides.com/wp/frames/road / rektek-road / attachment / rektek-full /)
650c rims in front and back, size 46stx47,5tt, monostay rear, england bb, fillet brazed

Anyone know ????

I agree that brake bridge and mono stay does look a bit Rektek, but I am unaware of a time trial model. For some reason the fork looks mis matched, not sure why could just be the lack of a headset. Frame seems to be tig welded as well
