Help identify this bike

Hi,can anyone shed any light on this for me please. obviously the frame says Brian Rourke,but the frame number doesn't tally with Rourke when I asked them.Frame is 531 with campag Nuovo record mechs and strada chainset, seatpost is also campagnolo. Shifters and brakes are shimano 105 with headset and stem being shimano 600.frame number is E8460. There is also a J stamped on the bottom bracket shell. Dropouts on rear are zeus. Any help appreciated.

It's not a Rourke,.... no braze ons, over bb guides, long dropouts, pencil stays, nutted brakes etc means the frame is early 70s or late 60's but the forks are later. Sort of reminds me of Ron Kit, Ellis Briggs or Autostrada. Outer chainring is SR, inner is NR. Have you bought it?
