I bought a set of these. Can someone help me identify the model & year(s)?

Never seen these before, possibly road spec?? Anyone else have a clue...

I would say these skewers looks more like a pair of Tune (Germany) DC16+17; with Ringle decals applied. Would not be devastated if that turned out to be the truth, though......

I would say they are 'van nicholas'.. but cant 100% sure.
