Help identify old full suspension mtb

Hi,I've find some photos of an old full suspension mtb on sale that I can't recognize.
It seems a cheap model, rear wheel without quick release, a basic rear derailleur, I can't identify shifters couse the handlebar is upsidedown...

The welding on the front triangle looks very early 90´s Raleigh.

Looks a bit like a sintesi bromont, but one that has been tinkered with.

Is that a kick stand mount welded on to the bb?

Hi Ishaw, I think it's a kickstand mount too.
You right, it seems is a cheap steel copy of a bromont one.

Well, Shifter may are in the right position. Shimano STI Ef20 model.
