can anyone identify this frame? the only info I can get of Dave Connley is Dave Connley from Dacon, hub convertors.

is this just his name on a generic e-stay?

It's not a Saracen, wrong shape completely. Could be a Carrera Quattro (or same frame anyway) which was apparently built by Saracen :?
EDIT: I think yours has a mono stay, so can't be the Quattro

Cable routing looks wrong for it to be a RM Cirrus or Experience.

both set of rear stays looked tapered near the drop-outs. if so definitely not an RM.

no its not, as it has a monostay. its an Al Carter.
