I might be going mad here but i seem to remember as a kid having a small toy pick-up that was powered by water!
I've got a feeling it had a small track that had hills and stuff. I'm guessing that it was battery powered and when you put a drop of water in the hole at the back it just made contact and it got going!!??
The water receptacle was a small fuel/jerry can.
The only other details i have is that it was purchased from the local newsagents in my village, it wasn't very big, didn't last long and it would have been about 1984ish.
I've looked everywhere to try and identify this, please help!
